Helping executives and leadership teams solve the leadership problems that slow growth.

Helps new managers take ownership, address performance issues earlier, and avoid costly early leadership mistakes.

Helps intact teams make clearer decisions, surface tension productively, and move faster without rework.

Helps revenue leaders operate with greater consistency and judgment under pressure, reducing burnout and dependency on individuals.

Our Process

How We Work

We start by understanding where clarity is breaking down—decision-making, alignment, confidence, or communication—and recommend the level of intervention that will create the greatest leverage.

  • Need alignment quickly: Thought Leadership

  • Need sustained capability building: Team Labs or Cohorts

  • Need targeted executive leverage: 1:1 Coaching

The work is designed to meet leaders where they are, and evolve as needs change.

What Changes?

  • Clearer, more confident leadership decisions

  • Stronger alignment across leadership teams

  • Improved performance, engagement, and retention

  • Leadership capacity that scales with the business

What Happens Next?

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, constraints, and leadership context—then determine the most effective place to begin.

Cynthia Medina-Carson silhouette

Cynthia Medina Carson is an executive leadership advisor, organizational strategist, and founder of Talented | CMC, a firm that helps senior leaders and high-growth teams build the leadership architecture that turns strong performance into exceptional growth. She works with executives, rising leaders, and organizations at critical inflection points, helping them navigate complexity, build high-performing teams, and lead with clarity in environments where expectations are high and the rules aren’t always explicit.

Cynthia’s work sits at the intersection of executive coaching and operational strategy. When brought into an organization, she diagnoses what’s creating friction, builds a full operating roadmap with specific actions, owners, and dates, and coaches the leader privately so public moments land well. She has advised leadership teams inside organizations ranging from emerging ventures to enterprises with more than 6,000 employees, across industries including insurance, finance, and professional services. Her work has contributed to measurable

outcomes including 240% of revenue target achievement, successful integration of multi-million-dollar client portfolios, and organizational redesign supporting teams from $50M toward $75M in growth targets. She currently serves as executive coach to senior women leaders at a leading insurance organization and is retained as coach to C-suite executives.

She has coached more than 500 professionals across career and leadership engagements, with clients typically achieving 15–30% increases in compensation and faster advancement into leadership roles. A sought-after speaker, she has been invited to present at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) and to professional audiences in healthcare and other industries, bringing her frameworks on leadership confidence, executive presence, and organizational growth to audiences across sectors.

In addition to her advisory work, Cynthia is Treasurer and a National Board Member of Girls Inc., and founder of the Cheeky Monkey Club, a networking community for women who hate traditional networking. An avid mountaineer, she has summited Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua. She holds degrees from Georgetown University and the Harvard Kennedy School.
