Hey There! I'm Cynthia.

I’m known for setting a high bar—and meeting it with bold, focused work. That’s not just how I lead—it’s how I live.

When someone shares their story, I don’t just listen—I deconstruct, reframe, and reimagine what’s possible. The more complex the challenge, the more intentional and precise my approach. I thrive in forward motion.

I lean into the work others avoid—the high-stakes, high-impact challenges that define real leadership.

That’s the mindset I bring to every client engagement—helping executives and sales leaders cut through complexity, elevate performance, and lead with authority.

International Affairs

From 1997 to 1999, I served in the Peace Corps in El Viejo, a rural town in Nicaragua, partnering with women determined to rebuild their lives after war and hardship. With $100 microloans, we launched small businesses—storefronts, market stalls, bookkeeping ventures—that became vehicles for independence. These women weren’t just seeking income; they were reclaiming agency. I helped them push past fear and judgment to step into leadership, resilience, and lasting impact.

While earning my Master’s at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, the tragic events of 9/11 reshaped the world. From 2002 to 2006, I served as a representative to Latin America at the U.S. Treasury, working alongside the intelligence community to develop Anti-Terrorism and Financial Crimes policies. This experience sharpened my ability to navigate complex power dynamics, understand the underlying motivations behind decisions, and collaborate with foreign adversaries to drive global security initiatives.

Leadership & Women

While raising two young boys, I navigated the corporate talent pipeline and founded WAGER in 2017—a company dedicated to facilitating tough conversations in the workplace. It was the result of years of learning how to drive difficult dialogues and understanding the transformative power of honesty. I showed organizations that conversations about wage disparity, equity, and upward mobility aren’t just necessary—they’re key to creating stronger, more successful teams.

I’m also the founder of the Cheeky Monkey Club (2018–Present), a dynamic networking group created for women who reject the traditional, transactional networking model. I designed the Club as a space where women could connect authentically, share insights, and build meaningful relationships without the usual pressures or formalities of conventional networking events.

As an alumna of Girls Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering and educating young women, I’ve always felt a deep connection to its mission. Growing up, I benefited from the very programs that continue to inspire girls today. Currently, I serve as co-chair of the "Her Future, Our Future" campaign for Girls Inc. of the Valley, leading efforts to secure a larger, dedicated space where girls can gather, learn, and grow. This role allows me to give back to an organization that shaped my own path, creating safe, empowering spaces where young women can unlock their potential and build a brighter future.

And for fun, I hike very big mountains.
