I speak to leadership teams, professional societies, and conferences about how decisions get made under pressure and why capable people stall.

I don't have a standard talk. I research the specific audience first. For a room of women orthopaedic surgeons, that meant a month studying why their careers diverge from their male peers' five or six years in, and what to do about it.

Recent audiences include the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, the New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons and at the Girls Inc NYC Luncheon.
