Workshops

I enjoy facilitating and leading thoughtful conversations on topics that matter. Some important Self-Advocacy in the Workplace, Networking For Those Who Hate to Network, How To Have Hard Conversations At Work, and Remain Uncomfortable at all Times: How to Remain Relevant in the Workforce.

I developed a Career Advancement workshop for BLK Spotify, Spotify's African American Employee Resource Group. The half-day workshop was part facilitation and part instruction on how to advance in a corporate setting.

I've been a facilitator across the five NYC boroughs, lecturing at events, libraries and corporate headquarters on the importance of negotiations.

Corporate Advisory & Crisis Work

We work with companies to forge inclusive, high-functioning, and focused teams. We facilitate assessments, manage and dissect findings, and facilitate hard conversations for impact and development.

I've worked with fast-growing companies to help build cohesion and focus for remote and in-office teams. We assess where the company is and where it would like to be and help create a roadmap with direction and accountability.

I was a facilitator across the five NYC boroughs, lecturing at events, libraries and corporate headquarters on the importance of negotiations. I share why pay transparency matters and how it drives fairer workplaces in my feature on The Journey podcast.

Social(s)

We curate intimate networking events for women in leadership roles. The events are high impact fun, with a long term community building legacy.
